True, but most people aren’t interested in seeing her talk to a therapist, talk about nutrition, go to a doctors appointment, go to a dentist, go to a gym, repeating affirmations to herself, going to a spiritual retreat, going to a house of worship, doing something educational to keep her mind sharp, or sleeping 7-8 hours a day, etc. If they did, they would be watching a different channel.
Selfcare taught me to love myself, that i am worthy to have a me-time to destress, be appreciated and respected by maintaining my appearance ❤ (yes people are superfluous where i live!) I have difficulty to communicate and apparent low self esteem, my first impression on others' eyes isn't always good!! 😂
Tbf, as a jeweller I can tell you if she does that everyday, she’s basically damaging the jewelleries. Especially with pearls, it’s stupid to clean pearls like that, unless they are fake.
