Congrats on 16 years!!! I'm sorry you has to go through that blatant discrimination at different jobs or interviews. I plan on growing my current set of locs for as long as possible. My first set made it to 9 years and then I cut it for health reasons. Fingerscrossed this set last a lifetime.
