Hi Liah! Can you please share with us your process when testing out new products? How do you judge the effects of a product without mistaking it for another product's effects?
For me it is the Oskin intense repair cream (sinks into the skin similar to the Mamonde, leaves a silky soft finish but without silicones, just has a more neutral scent that I love) and the Avene Rich moisturizing cream, and the Manyo Factory Bifidalacto Complex (it really does magic). And the Niod Mud Mask!
The fact that you still recommend products from other brands is great. You are more concerned with the health of your subscriber's skin over pushing your products. Thank you Liah for staying real.

These are my video requests: 1) a video on the *Best Serums* 2) a video on the *Best Toners* 3) a video on the *Best Masks* 4) a video on the *Best Exfoliators* 5) a video on the *Best Eye Creams* I'm trying to find products that work well with my skin. But it's hard to do the research on my own so I need some guidance on that. I definitely would like some product suggestions. I have sensitive skin so a lot of products don't work for me.
Wow I really loved the technicalities that came with this! It made me really understand WHY they really, truly do WORK. But also, I think you should be really proud of the formula you came up with for your Great Barrier Relief ;) I’m in my sixth bottle and it has become one of the few items I refuse to replace. I love the results!
I hate all of la roche posey sunscreens (at least those in my country). They are heavy, thick like a paste, smell super strong, pile up and are super greasy...
I love the Missha Meditanical Calendula Toner, it's been my HG for several months now and I've already gone through many bottles of it as well. It's lightweight, great for layering, has very few ingredients and it's super super hydrating. My face used to be very dry and dehydrated and this toner has honestly changed my skin completely. It also calms irritation extremely well and fast, it's a product that I really trust and believe in. I have not yet come across a different toner that compares to this one, it's truly a one of a kind. I wish they'd release a cream/serum as well. lol I highly recommend this to anyone, it's just an amazing product! 💞

As a french person I'm always really happy when you recommend french products that I can actually buy without having to go through shipping ! I do love korean skincare products but it kinda go against my ecological concerns to buy them... Gotta stick to european ones !
@Hyun Ju Of course not all of them are ecological but at least they dont come by plane just for me... That's my main concern, even if korean products were 100% non-polluting, me ordering them from Europe would still cause pollution.
I use both the laneige cream skin and laroche posay hylau b5 serum! My skin reacts really well to both of these products. My skin usually gets super dry in winter and these two products help. After months of trying tons of Korean skincare products, my skin has gone through a whirlwind of issues - mainly acne. But my skin doesn’t break out with these two products. I started from barely having no skincare routine at all. Still trying to find a suitable cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen. Thanks for all your videos and advice Liah!

Your assessment of French skincare brands is so true and that is why I prefer it over Korean brands ☺️ I have been seeing dermatologists for years and French skin care is always recommended vs Korean ones - just being honest. However having your channel to tell us what is hype or not in Korean skin care helped me to have an appreciation for some brands 👍🏻 keep it up Liah!❤️
Unfortunately the Farmacy cleansing balm has polyethylene in it. That's microplastic and it's devastating to our environment. Liah doesn't have to wish she formulated it because she could make something better! I mean, some of the Great Barrier Relief proceeds go towards nature protection and conservation so I know it's something she cares about.
Hey Justine! While Green Clean contains polyethylene, the amount is significantly low and identified as non-harmful as it emulsifies with makeup and melts in water - not to be confused with micro-beads which remain solid. We have been sharing any concerns with our product development team, as they are always researching and improving our formulas to make sure they live up to our customers’ standards!
I use mad hippie and it hydrates my skin a fair amount and use a regular moisturizer and that’s it. I also have acne but not severe. I have only used this routine for a week and haven’t noticed anything so I hope in about 3 weeks I will see changes. Also love you💜💜
I bought the Laneige Cream Skin and AmorePacific Creme fluid because of your Instagram rave posts. Honestly they really do live up to the formulation hype that you talked about. I really love using these 2 products on my skin. They're both very light and very moisturizing products. AmorePacific was definitely a splurge purchase though..
After watching your previous video of Laneige, I was triggered and purchased the Cream Skin Refiner and I am agree with you! It's so moisturizing that I could forget to apply moisturizer! Thank you Liah for sharing great video contents with us!
I’ve tried a few of your recommendations and I’m happy that I did. The mamonde moisturizer, hanyul rice softener, primera miracle seed, sukin cleanser...love these. I have acne prone skin and these products are very light and do not clog my pores. I see a couple of items in the video that I look forward to trying. Thanks girl!

I personally love URIAGE's (french brand) range for oily skin (def helped me during my teenage years, without stripping the skin) and also La Roche Posay. These two for me do work wonders!
The Mamonde Ceramide Cream is amazing!!! I now use the whole Hibiscus line including a Skin Softener, an Emulsion and the cream! They make my skin soft, smooth and moisturized the best way!!!!!!!
I feel the same when it come to BHA/Salicylic acid. I’m oily acne prone skin, I’m 35 and have been experiencing hormonal acne for a few years now and I can control it with retinols but nothing truly makes them go away that isn’t drying or stripping of my skin. I also don’t do well with a lot of sunscreens, but I use them anyway. I just ordered the Krave Beauty beet the sun lol and I’m so excited to try it. I’ve heard amazing things and I also ordered the cleanser and the Great Barrier relief is next on my list. I do think I’ve damaged my skin trying different things for acne and hyperpigmentation so I’m hoping I’m nearing the end of the crossroads 😌😊
I was never interested in LANEIGE products until the cream skin refiner came out. This is more expensive than what I usually buy, but it's definitely worth it! I've been using it day and night for a month, and this is the only product that is moisturizing enough for my U zone. I currently don't need to use a serum in my routine, and my skin feels the most comfortable it has ever been. (I sound like an ad 😅) But, to be honest, I wouldn't really recommend it to oily skin, unless you're oily and prone to dehydration. This could be too rich for some people, so you have to keep that in mind. This is also not fungal acne safe

Tiffany Lee my skin has been going a little crazy with a cluster of surprise pimples and sensitivities around my cheeks and nose. They seem to be calmer, less red and clear up a bit quicker than usual.
The baby powder fragrance from the essential creme fluid is INTENSE and long lasting. I can’t imagine it to be good for anyone with sensitive skin, and I can’t imagine guys using it either. It’s a great moisturizer, but I returned it after two weeks because everyone kept commenting on the smell within one hour of applying it
I bought the laneige skin refiner cream as per your recommendation. And I would like to thank you for introducing such a beautiful product to your viewers. I really, really love how lightweight it feels yet very moisturising too. I like to layer Paula's choice omega + moisturiser at night for extra plumpy skin. That moisturiser too, is a wonder in a bottle!

You know what would be a great product? A cream skin exque product with ha, nmf, niacinamide and n acetyl glucosamin. It would be a one stop skin care product. It could be a hyper fluid emulsion (Olivem 800 is an emulsifier that can do that). The oil phase could also feature watermelon or prickly pear oil since they have balanced fatty acid profiles or it could be similar to the skins lipid barrisr but more stable. Another thing I’d like to see is a Baukchiol oil serum with a biometric composition.
Wow I am so happy you love the Mamonde Ceramide Light Cream. It's my go-to moisturizer and I never heard any skincare youtube channels ever mention or talk about it.

Could you review the dr jart skincare line? I’ve been using the Cicapair serum everyday and I’ve found it’s cleared my acne even better than tea tree oil. I’ve also heard that the company is funded by the korean government to really drive the korean skincare wave worldwide

Hey Liah, can you review the brand La Mer and their formulation? Cause I've heard it was originaly formulated forn burn scars victims (He used to work for NASA and something exploded during one of his experiments) and it was so effective for him then later they formulate it as a skincare product (Creme de La Mer). Would love to hear from you about this super luxury brand!
I love your videos which always provide a lot of information. 😊 The only thing that I'd which you to maybe add into them would be an information about if a company still uses animal testing for their product development. I have extremelly reactive rosacea and SD, and use that Avene cream. It is ceartenly very good. I wish you developed an entire line for both rosacea and SD skin, which is increadibly increasing.

I’m in love with the Laneige cream skin refiner Toner & Moiturizer so much! 💘 I just ordered my third bottle of it. It’s so moisturizing indeed and a must have especially during winter. I’m still using it for the summer time as well but just a little less amount is enough to get the hydration that my skin needs. Little goes a long way 👍🏼😊
Upon contact with laneige's cream skin refiner, my skin just loved it. So silky. But strangely after using it for some time my skin decides to change its mind. I get greasy instead of moist. So sad cuz i still remember how good it felt the first time. I only use it at night now
