You should look and see how little of clothes donated actually end up being worn again. They end up in landfills. (Something I didn’t know until last year) I try and use old t shirts as rags and use the heck out of them. It’s so sad seeing it piled up in foreign countries along the sea 🌊 shore
Hello! Thanks for leaving a comment! I am aware of how often donated clothes go unused. However, the majority of my clothes are good quality and still in great condition. I only send out clothes that are in good condition in hopes to find a new home for someone else at an affordable price! I have used some as rags, but it is nice getting money back when they can still be put to great use! ❤️
Post office picks up at your house-it is an option after the Facebook Marketplace label is printed; your mail carrier gets notified to pick up item-just leave it on doorstep.
Everything has a 'spot' in my closet/cubby holes/drawers. To stop wasting $ on clothes/shoes this year every time I buy ONE new item, i make myself declutter 60 items. So far i got rid of 180 pieces this year. 🎉 So satisfying.
Girl you're psychic or something, I was JUST thinking I had to go through my closet before I move. Thanks for the motivation 💖 Also tell me why I literally remember you wearing that crochet cardigan all the time in high school 😂
Thank you so much! Most of my clothes are purchased at thrift stores but the main brands or white shirt I have are: Pacsun (LA Hearts & Kendall & Kylie), Cotton On, Hollister, Forever 21 and some old purchases from SHEIN!
After watching this video my husband and I decided to declutter our own closet and try to sell it at Plato’s! It was our first time and slightly nerve racking but the lady who helped us at our local Plato’s was so sweet and we made about $78!!
Hi there! Loved the video! About the hanger thing: All the stores I've worked at have always hung their clothes in a way where when you're looking at the item (the front of it, of course), the hanger hook looks like a question mark. It's been drilled so deep into my brain that now I can't have it any other way, it makes me uncomfortable and I want to change it to be the "correct" way 😆 Luckily it seems like it's a pretty universal things that basically all stores do 😊
Hahaha completely in agreement with you there! That’s why it bothers me so much that my husband hangs them the complete opposite direction! We get in debates about it all the time 😂😂 thank you so much for the love ❤️❤️
