Haha I wanted to say "buying myself a treat!" but you are right... self-care is justyfying spending more money and I should do more of the "free self care stuff" that you talk about. Also... 2 of you as a conversation is so good 🤣
Sorry I'm GenX my idea of self care is punching myself in the face. I should get back in to yoga though. haven't been since the rona put the world in lockdown.
