Could you do a video for single people kids, things to do, the most walkable parts of any, are there lots of shops and entertainment, are there any public transpiration, and apartments and cost for singles. Is it a family and retiree place not good for singles
I love living here in West Viera. It’s clean, safe, and beautiful. But, it’s expensive and overpriced at this point 2023. There is no affordable housing here. Large homes sit empty in subdivisions due to investors buying up many of the homes and causing the value to rise for profits to their shareholders. Builders are not being inspected for codes. Unforeseen problems once the home is delivered and you sign on the bottom line. A problem happening across Florida, not just Viera. Apartment rentals and hotels are absolutely overpriced in Viera. The great thing about Viera is it’s safe, clean, beautiful, and shopping is nearby. By, the way, Viera High no longer has an A rating. The school has dropped to a B rating.
People do not obey traffic laws in Viera, for example do not stop at stop signs, speed, and basically just feel they are above the law.. Viera is an area of entitlement. Rules do not apply for Viera residents and the Sheriff looks the other way. The Sheriff is a joke. Now go to Costco and you can see all the people just leave their shopping carts all over the place. They are too lazy or entitled to return them to the cart areas.
