With parents like that it's no wonder the daughter was so messed up. This is way it's always important to meet both her friend circle and her parents before you get into anything serious. If her parent's are twisted.. nope. If she has a close guy friend.. nope. It's easy to spot red flags if you are careful.
When the system said “Now you are free.”, I imagined the scene from Shark Boy and Lava Girl (I think), where the robot head says, “I’m free!” as he floats away.
@@furyberserk I find the parents are usually written "stupid" in they are completely one sided or irrational or arrogant to the point of stupidity. Imho.
Smokes, drinks gets into trouble all the time especially with them thugs that Molly whooped him. Yet this stupid b-word always puts him first only to suffer karma cuz he’s the wrong man but she only has herself to blame.
It wasn't karma. This was straight up cold blooded revenge. The story made it clear that Dani knew what would happen by tying Joanna to Ezekiel. He knowingly trapped her into a toxic and abusive relationship with no way of escaping.
Blah a bad system story. No rhyme or reason why suffering was included. I love system based stories but not if they are done half assed like this, hard pass.
