I love watching these kimd of journal videos, they are really wholesome and relatable to me!! i have been journaling for almost 7 years now. Keeping a journal has not only helped me understand myself and figure out my thoughts and emotions better but it's also a great way to preserve your memories. I occasionally read my journals and i always get overthrown by the stuff i did back as a kid lol .
