After verifying your e-mail, you should be able to tap on whichever artist you'd like to join and set up a nickname for it! A nickname is required each time you join a new artist's weverse, however you can always set it up with the same nickname if it hasn't been taken yet!

Hello! A special character would be something like an exclamation mark (!) or the money sign ($) percentage (%), hashtag (#) and more! any of these would be considered special characters ^^

Because I created my account on my desktop way back, all the options were not there. Every time I login, I have to select the translation language even though it is saved, but was not saved the first time I setup the account.

If you are referring to your membership you would have to wait until you renew your membership. If you are referring to just your profile you can try editing it.

To create an account you need an active email address. If you don’t have an email you can create one. You can use gmail, yahoo, iCloud, etc. There are many to choose from

Hello! the special character portion indicates that your password must have symbols! The exclamation mark (!), @, number/pound sign (#), money sign ( $), ^ and etc are all special characters ^^ we hope this helps :)
