To clarify for those who didn't understand why I brought up Frank Walker and not Jess Harnell, while Jess was the primary voice for Barricade in The Last Knight, a few of Frank Walkers takes were swapped in a scene. Some versions of the clip even gave Frank more lines in the cut.

I mean they had starscream flip his hands for his weapons, most just peg over and cover the hands, and then there’s barricade with extendo-saw. I would like him better his the saw looked more transformed into the the arm like other SS weapons

Don't forget, they had Frank Welker voice him in Dark of the Moon when he executed Que. I don't understand why they set up Bumblebee vs Soundwave when from the first movie, Barricade was his nemesis. Why would Soundwave have any reason to say to Bumblebee "You're mine now?" It should've been Barricade. In a way... I don't think Hasbro will ever get Barricade's weapon right because of how out of nowhere and what an unusual design it is. A weird, non solid and open mace that was intended to legit be swung around like a, well mace. Even his DOTM figure's weapon was unusual and completely wrong. But the crucial sin that this figure commits... is that the pelvis does not lock into the chest. You'd think it should considering they molded in tabs, but no. Unless it's just my copy, but whenever I play with it, the pelvis will dislocate.

Yeah, I too don't think they'll do the weapon, also seemed reused from most of those drones, so unless they get made, they might not bother. Also, mine locks in just fine.

From the back to the weird arm transformation, lack of Frenzy, and just how small he is, yeah..... This figure is.... Okay. Just go for the MPM. I mean, I don't hate it.... But man those arms. They are kinda meh.

For me the best Barricade figure is the Human Alliance Figure. That is the most definitive Barricade figure and almost screen accurate to his on screen counterpart. He comes with a spinning wheel weapon and a little Frenzy figure. That is the best Barricade figure from the movies.

Barricade was voiced by Jess Harnell in both the 1st and 5th movies. I think you were thinking of his appearance in Dark of the Moon where he was voiced by Frank Welker.

The transformation for SS Barricade is hard. The size of the figure makes the transformation frustrating to the point that I wanted to die on the first time. Earthrise Cliffjumper is easier and is as small as Barricade. Even now, the figure takes more than 2 minutes to transform him. I should've just went for Siege Prowl or Sideswipe.

Actually in some cuts of the film for The Last Knight, some of the lines Frank Walker recorded also made it in for Barricade, mostly in the last fight he's seen in.

I agree, at least the head looks cool. Fairly decent looking figure overall, with a transformation I'm always careful with. If anything, it was definitely a worthwhile Birthday present. ^.^

WOW... And I thought original old camaro mode Bumbelbee was bad in case of studio series ....Plus sorry if I gonna sounde rude, buuut evendo you sayed so much how bad this transformation is, at least on the clip this didn t show transformation as bad as you sayed. But them again, probadly you just got a lot better after a practice with it, even if you didn t enjoy that, ... Still nice job👍

Yeah, he's not good. I got more used to it, but it is still very much a hassle and not fun. Also, like I said, its much worse going into alt mode. It's doable, not fun.

the masterpiece of barricade also had the same issues in the transformation, nothing is wanting to tab in and it is a nightmare just to make it right edit: the masterpiece has an awful transformation, there are so many small things that you have to get in the right place or else the entire thing won't go together. Really annoying and I wish the design was simplified so the transformation would be easier
