The main action as the Minstermen secured a crucial three points on the road last night after winning 3-0 against Bromley at Hayes Lane.
The home side were reduced to ten men when goalkeeper Reice Charles-Cook was shown a straight red card on the stroke of half-time after taking out Mitch Hancox in the penalty area, which allowed captain Lenell John-Lewis to smash home a penalty from twelve-yards to hand City the lead.
First goals of the season from Ryan Fallowfield and substitute Luke James rounded off the win for the Minstermen in the second half as they travelled back to North Yorkshire with all three points.
