[Ingredients] 1/2 cartons of cabbage, 1/2 onions, 3 tolls of garlic

1. Shred cabbage thinly, then place in a bowl with hot water and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Mash 3 tolls of garlic and chop them into small pieces.
3. Cut 1/2 onions into small sizes, too.
4. Add oil to pan and stir-fry minced garlic and onions without burning.
5. Drain shredded cabbage and place in pan.
6. Season with a pinch of salt and tuna liquid and cook for 1 minute.
7. Turn off the heat and mix well with pepper, sesame seeds and crushed red pepper, and enjoy it with rice or bread.

[Ingredients] 5 cucumbers,
5 pinch salt, 2 lemons (7-8 tbsp lemon juice), 4 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp holgrain mustard, 2 tbsp crushed red pepper. 2 tablespoons of tuna liquid, 1 teaspoon black sesame, 1 teaspoon per non-regular source, 1 teaspoon per oligosaccharide

[Steamed vegetables or grilled vegetables]
1. Cut zucchini into round shapes.
2. Cut carrots long in the lengthwise.
3. Cut long green onions and cut them in the middle.
4. Slice the mushrooms into a round shape and slice the shiitake mushrooms to make it easier to eat.
5. Sprinkle the vegetables with a minimum of salt and olive oil and mix them together roughly.

[Two zucchinis]
1. Cut the zucchini in half and cut it diagonally.
2. Put them all in the pan, add 3 pinch of salt and a little oil to heat, stir through and cook the zucchini over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes.
3. Uncover and turn over, season with 1 tbsp crusted red pepper and 1 tbsp tuna liquid and cook, mixing roughly.
4. Turn off the heat, sprinkle sesame seeds, and add some pepper and perilla oil.
[Two carrots]
1. Cut carrots in half and cut long in lengthwise.
2. Put all in the pan, mix 2 pinch of salt and a little oil, then cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

3. Combine 2 Tbsp of mirin, 1 Tbsps of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of crushed red pepper, 1 Tbsp of red pepper paste, 2 Tbsp of tomato sauce, and 2 Tbsp of water.

5. Turn off the heat and add sweet grain syrup or a little bit of oligosaccharide and oil.

1. Put a dollop of tofu on a dry pan.
2. Divide tofu into quarters first and bake while turning each side.
3. Cut over pan into bite-sized pieces and add a pinch of salt and oil.
4. Combine 2 tablespoons of mirin, 2/3 tablespoons of tuna liquid, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoons of red pepper powder and 1 teaspoon per non-refined source.
5. Boil it down, turn off the heat, and put sesame salt and perilla oil on it's done.
[Four mushrooms]
1. Cut it in half and cut it in the longitudinally.
2. Stir-fry in a pan as if to drain away a little moisture.
3. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
4. When it gets yellow, put oil, season it with pink salt, turn off the heat, and sprinkle pepper.
