Those who are saying he isn't the best don't appreciate defensive line talent. Who do you know can explode cat the line, has great hand technique, has tremendous closing speed along with good size and strength. This is a complete player.

Idk why ppl saying he can’t be #1 in the nation bc he plays at oaks. Calabasas had Bookie Radley Hiles and Darnay Holmes playing their Junior/Senior years for them while they were in D5. Both players were certainly 2 of the best in the country and might be seen in the league 3/4 years from now...

eric garcia kid has size. We all seen julius peppers, carlos dunlap, and robert quinn. Tall lengthy, outside rush speed , strong ass a bull. He has the body type. But we know what happens when the hype is good but the player don't live up to the hype. I seen to many California highschol studs turn into dud.

Obviously this kid is better than me but it just seems like he has average or above average strength, and just a lot of speed. He is fast for a defensive end but that seems like his only way of getting to the ball. Obviously this is my opinion so don’t hate me for it, it’s what I saw.

He’s good but not the #1 player in the country and I bet you his ranking drops by national signing day. He has the size but imo doesn’t have elite bend as a pass rusher or elite strength. I think he’s in for a surprise at the Opening finals in Texas this summer where he’ll face much better talent than the weak schedule Oaks Christian plays.

Not a hater just making an observation, if he’s supposedly the best out of thousands of football players he’s going to get critiqued and evaluated. Nothing personal, but he plays with high pad level and I saw him get pancaked by the Mater Dei sophomore at the Opening camp. He’s good and one of the best DL on the west coast but not #1 in the country. Sorry if that hurts your feelings since you know him and are riding his nuts. 🤷🏽‍♂️
