At 2 minutes and 9 seconds into the video, the laptop charger shows -12.71V. This indicates that you must have mixed up the cables. How is it possible to charge the battery if you're using the ground cable from the charger on the positive side of the battery? Due to the mixed cables, the red clamp should be on the negative side. Additionally, never place the clamps on the battery while the charger is powered on.

🤣😂 This video is a fake. A lead battery that is 0v is dead. No charger will charge it. For spot welding, you will iron. Either the charger will burn or it will be safe but jalais it will weld by point with maxi 4A that produces this kind of chargers.
