Sugar 0.5 tsp.
Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
Cooked and smoked bacon 250 gr.
Cover with cling film and place in the freezer for 1.5 - 2 hours.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
Rosemary 3 pcs.
Place in the oven preheated to 180°C for 1 hour.
Glaze:
Salt 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Paprika 0.5 tsp.
Soy sauce 3-4 tbsp. l.
French mustard 1 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Mozzarella 300 gr.
Cottage cheese 5% 350 gr.
Salt to taste.
Ground black pepper to taste.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Kefir 0.5 l.
Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Butter 20 gr.
Lavash 4 pcs.
Cover with baking foil and place in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
I put it in the oven at 240°C for another 10-15 minutes.
