The Carolina Reaper pepper is too hot for me. I can handle ghost peppers and scorpion peppers but not Carolina Reaper Peppers. Just for your information they are no longer the world's hottest peppers. Ed Currie came out with Pepper X, they are the new worlds hottest peppers. I will Never try them...

For those of you wondering what the ingredients are (I could be wrong, but this is my personal guestimate, as I come from a culinary work history.) From start to finish: Oranges, ginger, garlic, parsley, oil, chilli powder (Could be regular, or reaper) and salt. After the prep, it's flour. The red sauce is a combination of the first items mixed together. The black sauce is where it's gets tricky. It could be fish sauce, oyster sauce, Hoisin, it's very difficult to determine without tasting. Then some honey, chilli flakes, more chilli powder, I myself may even use some cayenne pepper, and salt. More orange at the end, and then parsley. Hope this helps anyone who wants to make this, that's how I'd probably do it anyway :)
