Hey there! I'm staff on We're Goin' Back (Oh Yeah!), a Promare fanzine themed after 1980s music, culture, and fashion and formatted like a traditional print magazine! While my role is not in design for the zine, I wanted to see if I could use my skillset to help advertise - hence an animation meme!
That being said, I'm cutting it pretty close getting this done before applications close - as of writing this, there are FOUR DAYS LEFT to apply! Writers and artists, we'd love to see what you've got, so if you like Promare and funky 80s vibes please send in an application! As for everyone else, get hyped for when the zine goes on sale this summer!

P.S. - I wanted to make a meme with an 80s song, but I couldn't find any existing meme formats that I liked, so I threw this together pretty quick! TMBG's self-titled is one of my favourite albums ever so it was a natural choice for me. This is my first original meme, so it's a little haphazard, but if you would like to make your own version using similar shots please feel free!
