hi there ,even though I installed and activated (ocean wp) theme and plugins ,the ocean wp settings doesn't appear in edit page , any solutions ?

Is everything up to date, both OceanWP and Ocean Extra? If you're not seeing the O icon in the upper right corner, click the Kebab menu (3 dots), and under the section PLUGINS you should see Page Settings and Styling

Hi, unless you tried to pitch us paid links and content exchange, we don't have any open tickets that are waiting for a week because we usually reply within 24h. Your ticket may only "sit" during a weekend, because on weekends we're off, as stated in the auto-reply. Likewise, in the auto-reply you have the email you should write to us directly in case you don't hear back from us, but the most likely scenario here is - we replied but it ended up in your spambox or we received it during this weekend. So, our recommendation would be, check the auto-reply and use the direct email stated there to reply again and then we can see what exactly is going on. Thanks
