@@draconianTL the POINT is so you can STOP dumbass! if you think backpedalling is going to slow you down as quickly as braking you need your head checking
The amount of information he process through every intersection is crazy...when to skid, should I speed up, what is the driver gonna do, their blinker isn't on but the wheels are turned so they are gonna turn, their blinkers are on but they seem to be going straight, can I lane split...processing and quick decisions AMAZING...
They WERE both Toni! It was a moment in time where parallel universes collided. Timelines were altered of course, but no fear... a 3rd and 4th Toni were created in that moment. some of us split one way, some... one of the other 3.
@@hikingfilming8708 Dude, this is SO weird because I just finished watching The Matrix as you replied with this. Couldn’t believe it when I saw my notifications. I’m tripping balls right now lmao
The Hotline song, the mini interview so we get to know the rider, the great riding and camera work. A masterpiece of excitement. Toni has something about him and his riding style that make him one of the most interesting people to watch. Excellent job Terry!
Tony and Krussia are my top phyco track bike riders. There are too many epics moments right here. I waiting for Terry making an update edition of this like he did with Krussia recently with chill ambient music in the background. 2:35 Tony passing two roadies without pedaling 3:36 Blind intersection and Tony with a fast skid avoiding troubles 6:23 Sketchy move between two cars 8:30 Tony´s skills with some jumps and skid. 8:50 Fast descending. Crazy shit. 10:15 Yankee Stadium. 11:10 Tony with his twin on the motorcycle having fun. 14:08 "Terry be careful" LOL 14:45 Another fast moment. 16:05 Tony killing a little more the rear wheel. 18:50 Angry driver. 19:21 Another tight skid. 24:52 Wild descend. 26:25 Mini velodrome. 38:15 Spanish advisement. 43:25 Tony and Terry analysing the ride. I hope to see soon Tony Rodriguez at the #TBSHOW
Thank for filming in the Bronx and uptown bro. Theirs so much life there then Manhattan and Brooklyn. More of queens also foreal. So much life there too and good content I believe. This ones mad good
Happy to have you crazy dudes take these kinds of totally insane chances while I relax on the couch. : ) The lack of a helmet gave me constant low-level anxiety. This would be impossible where I live; the terrain doesn't flow like that most of the time, and the roads are so overpopulated and constrictively designed you just wouldn't get anywhere. Plus I like my limbs just how they are.
Terry this is by far your best video. That Cross Bronx ride was freaking nuts! You should definitely shoot more in the Bronx . Next time try going down Kingsbridge, they got some steep hills .
dude mashing down 155th over the bridge had me shook. I've seen so many accidents at that light on the macombs dam/harlem river drive interchange. yeesh! also this dude is a poet. bronx is: hilly lawless beautiful
Grew up in the Bronx, late 80s rode bmx around 10 yrs old from bronx to queens via whitestone bridge at night. Almost a dream but I did it a couple times. I can't imagine riding like that anymore! Now it's road biking with groups or bike paths with my wife in Mass or RI.
A breathtaking video and I'm only 20 minutes in! Toni and Terry know what they're doing, sometimes I just wish they weren't doing it: Riding without lights through tunnels, quasi aerotucking on a brakeless fixie,...
YOOOOOOOOOOO!!! That highway part!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 you guys are beasts!! I’ve known Toni since elementary school....I never know he was a beast like this! Lol I APPLAUD THE BOTH OF YOU!! Awesome vid!
If I saw a bicyclist zoom by at 35-40 mph in between my car and other cars (2 foot space?) on the bridge traffic, my mind would be blown. Spit out my coffee and say "WTF was that?!". Adrenaline rush with some craziness!
Bro. I’m from the BX and know all these roads. This was both mesmerizing and scary AF! Good stuff!! Ha ha. Your skills are amazing. Say what you want, but the BX is the last true authentic NYC boro. Keep safe.
12:22 you almost ran me over! lol 168 Jerome thats my Tire shop on the right. You guys are sick, i really enjoyed the crossbronx part! I thought you were gonna grab on to that motorcycle to! Nuff props guys. ✌
So crazy how i just ordered my first fixed gear bike and i'm discovering these sick ass videos. Unreal. You should do a documentary in this style if theres not one already
Have you watched the alleycat race videos? They are also good. These vids led me to buying a custom redline 925 with a flip flop hub today. Already crashed hard but the bike is so fun its unreal
@@21beal21 just bought my first fixed gear for winter riding - cba with cleaning cassettes and derailleur from slush. Most intense riding I’ve done! So much fun, except on descents which I’ve not figured out yet.
Oh my God, this cat is off the hook. I really really loved how the little dude on the scooter was dressed to match and also had the matching fro😂 just beautiful. And going on the expressway? Madness. Adrenaline pumping madness indeed. Reminds me of the scariest thing I ever did which was pretty damn mild… Racing down Wilshire Boulevard for several miles with my buddy during high traffic hours. That’s the closest I ever came to you New York folks
Its amaury buddies, you have a special energy on the bike man... I knew it when I first saw u skidding by the Manhattan bridge.... this was my fave Terry vid so far, 2nd is Terry's Manhattan quarantine ride. Been in miami since March so these vids are necessary, take care man.
Damn how fast was he going? Seems like fixies can be pretty fast sometimes more then road bikes or maybe it's the rider, he's dope, I use to live on Webster I still come by that way on my bike commute home from my job early mornings that just made this video to extra dope and that highway pull holy shit!!!!! He got it man, shouts to the camera man as well!! Did an amazing job!!!
Favourite cycle ever even though it was more intense than Sylvester in cliff hanger 😮. Crazy to see the difference from area to area along the way ...really big difference in living area
This was an amazing watch that was both equal parts peaceful and kinda terrifying. Couldn't help but clench my teeth through some of the denser parts of traffic.
Thanks for bringing back all the memories of my time messengering in NYC. Never rode a track bike messengering in New York but I did in Chicago. You have massive balls!
This bike is freedom on these roads. When I was in highschool I rode a Fuji to school. our roads aren't as flat as these. I faced 3km inclines on the way home. but on the way to school I was flying. After some years I was so fit that I ran running races for fun. I could commute 7km in about 12mins thanks to those downhills from our home into town
Our world definitely needs more people riding like this guy. The shortage of internal organs for transplantation is so huge and motorcyclists seem to be not able to provide everyone in need who was put on a waiting list for them.
The shortage would be alleviated much sooner if we just harvested them from the millions of braindead drivers clogging up city roads when they should be taking public transit, cycling, or walking. Nothing made me realize the USA is a nation of lazy fat-asses like visiting Europe...
