The profiles:
They are galvanized steel profiles of the type dX51D and galvanized Z140 or Z275 that make up the framework of the load-bearing structure of the partition, lining and ceiling systems. Z140 galvanizing is for a non-aggressive indoor environment with light to medium permanent humidity. For areas with an aggressive environment, it would be the profiles with a galvanized Z450.

In many places we call it plasterboard, but plasterboard is a brand, its name is usually laminated plaster or also plasterboard.
These plates are composed of a plaster core with additives and covered on both sides with a cellulose sheet. Its manufacture is carried out through a continuous lamination process and according to the standard.
They have a visible face depending on the type of plate you need, it can be cream, green, pink, blue, yellow that allows any final finish. The hidden face usually has a brownish hue. To facilitate the treatment of joints, the longitudinal edges are tapered. The transverse edges are cut. But there is also a type of plate on the market that has all the sharpened edges.

Today we are going to cover this beam.
We will do it with a partition and a background.
We measure at one end and at the other to make it parallel to the wall.
We mark with a separation of the beam of about 2cm to be able to screw a U against the ceiling.
We place the laser in line with the markings.
We screw a profile on the line. I am going to take advantage of leftover pieces of profiles.
Now we set the laser for the bottom level.
We leave about 2 or 3 cm below the beam, so that later the master f47 passes.
We use clip profile 18 to then fit the f47 masters inside.
We screw it along the laser line.
