I quite like it like that! If your kids are all muddy from outside they can come in there wash hands in sink and it’s right by washing machine to put clothes in if they are muddy instead of lots of mud in the house. I like it because it’s tucked away.
I think this arrangement Is very weird. Your visitors have to come through kitchen and get to literally see your dirty laundry before they use the loo. I'd rather send them up the stairs to use the family bathroom.
