I understand exactly what you mean. People take skill, and craft as anointing because this word has been used so much in the church. They do the same with a lot of gospel singers who just simply sing. Anointing is a vibrational shift, that can literally shift movement. I can only think of 2 singers in my lifetime who's voices move matter, and it cant be duplicated. Leandria Johnson has one of those voices. Also Whitney Houston's National Anthem, and Pharrell 's Happy. Im sure there are other songs and voices out there, but the word is truly thrown around too loosely. All the vocal ability in the world doesnt equal anointing.
