Yeah, she really is. I'm a guy who used to watch the NBA decades ago when it was fun to watch, but it's just not anymore. My wife is from CT and turned me on to the UCONN women, and now I'm a big fan of women's college basketball. They come to play and really hustle - unlike the NBA players. Paige is a great player!

Shoots 44%, and 39% from3....Paige shoots 54%, 50% from 3, is a far better passer and finsher, has the best mid range game ever, and is the most clutch player since DT( Clark is NOT....look at her stats against ranked opponents, clutch stats, and NCAAs...where she's had a few good and a host forgettable games. Clark is the darling of low resolution thinkers and kids who only look at points scored....brain dead stuff

I'm from Iowa City, and a CC fan, but I've also been following Paige since HS, so I'm absolutely psyched to see Paige back out there, and looking better than ever. But this worn-out Paige vs Caitlin argument (see below) has been revived since Paige has come back, and it's just the stupidest thing. Either side will nitpick around various stats & details to prove their point, while accusing the other of idiocy. Why not just recognize that we've been blessed with watching two of the most talented, exciting players to ever inhabit a court. Looking forward to them competing in the W, and playing together in USA/Olympic hoops.

Thank you Kurt. You said it all perfectly. We are blessed to have Paige & Caitlin both doing well. Wasn't as much fun when Paige is out injured like she has been. We get to see 2 great players who just may transform the WNBA soon. So lets stop the bickering and just enjoy these exceptional women.

notice all the insecure CC goons trying to justify their misplaced obsession. Clark is low efficiency gunner who chokes when it matters 75% of the time and is a dumpster fire on D....and even her fans know it, that's why they troll. Last time Paige was remotely healthy, she led a team of sophomores to the finals, despite missing all season, and CC went home early. When both played full seasons, Paige was unanimous POY, Clark not so much. Paige is teaching a new batch of kids how to win while Clark is padding stats by setting records for shots and usage against the weakest schedule of amy ranked team. She's a gunner who appeals to people who know nothing more than what they can read in 5 seconds in a box score. lol

agreed. Bueckers is a much better athlete than Clark. Clark can shoot, but so can a lot of players. Assuming Bueckers stays healthy, I think she could be a much better pro. I would love to see UConn and Iowa meet and Bueckers defend Clark. All the love CC is getting now may not carry over so much.

this is her fourth year at uconn. Her freshmen year she was on fire, sophomore year tore her meniscus early in the season (missed more games than she played), junior year tore her acl preseason, missed the whole season, this year is her redshirt junior season (senior academically). She has two years of eligibility left.

My opinion, but I think what separates Bueckers is her defense; she really has uncanny anticipation for where the opposing offense is going; remember when UConn and Iowa played in the national tourney a couple years back? What was the outcome?
