I'm quite impressed by Tillman he looks like a quality player, he's already shown some flashes and when he gets used to the players round him I think he'll be one of the top players in our league.

Good to see the season back, i was at Atherton LR v FC St Helens today in the North West Counties Div 1 North, finished 1-1 and the away side had the goalie sent off with 10m left, Tomorrow I'm off to Wembley for a rather special match

Your love of the game shines through no matter what ground you visit. Have you been down to Devon yet? You should visit Home Park the home of the best team in the South West Plymouth Argyle. As well as a loud home support & a fantastic stadium in a beautiful city they have quite possibly the biggest most loyal away fans of any team in the EFL. They are certainly the most travelled.
Nice to see the younger fans can mix, I was delivering to a building site near Carlisle, talking to Scottish guy in his early twenties who said he commuted every day from Dumfries, my first question was , do you support Queen of the South? Noooo their shite , Celtic, my next question , do you get on with the rangers fans in Dumfries, He paused for a second and started quoting postcodes in Dumfries which was green or blue, that answer that question, coming from Manchester we only hate each on derby day, and tolerate each other the other 363 days of the year, unless we draw them in the cup that is
Livingston are a relatively new club , they don't have the same roots as say Falkirk or Dunfermline have in the community, the parents of the 3 young lads probably supported the old firm before Livingston were even formed , whereas Falkirk or say Dunfermline have 5 times the support Livingston have , both of whom have bigger supports than st Johnstone Ross county ???
@@robertthomson4013 they do go back to the 19 40s, ferranti thistle, then meadowbank which I can remember, to what they are now, PSG were only formed 1970 ish, I think we all know the reasons why the fan bases are so distorted while clubs scratch around for a decent attendance

They don't have a historical link to Livingston , the vast majority of folk who live there supported teams like the old firm and Hibs n hearts long before Livingston were even formed , there roots are Edinburgh ???? Nice stadium but no fans , was never gonna work as far as my opinion goes , Falkirk yesterday had 3700 for a 3rd tier game , Livingston at j and Ross county struggle to muster that for a premier League home support ???? Unfortunately 40 teams in a population of 5 million is crazy , plus we have better supported clubs in the lower divisions , plus people can choose who they want to support , Hibs n hearts have fans from outside Edinburgh , the 2 Dundee clubs have fans outside of Dundee , the old firm have fans all over the world ,,,, I travel from Liverpool ????
@@robertthomson4013 fair point in the historical roots, but they had to pursue a plan to survive and relocation was the answer , they had to drop their original name to be allowed in to the league , and filled a vacancy created by the demise of third Lanark in the 60s, compare Livingston relocation to Wimbledon who moved 80 miles to Milton Keynes and dislodged 6,000 dons fans from their team, the Scottish system is a better system than years ago, the threat of relegation out of the bottom division will weed out teams

Livi are quite happy to give Rangers as many seats as possible which helps the atmosphere,Pity more clubs didn’t follow their example it would improve the atmosphere at other stadiums .
Livingston is a New Town, populated by people from Glasgow. Do you expect them to change the support of their grandfathers and fathers for what was a works team a few years ago?
@@stewarthill3891 yes.. Most of them don't go to Glasgow to watch the other teams... Just think they are pressured at school and don't end up supporting their local team.
@@dgw1970 , look I think it's great you support your local team, and more should. But I was brought up in Linlithgow, and all my family from there, to Glasgow, to Buckie, to Stornoway, support Rangers. Not glory hunters, as you say, just generations of fans.

Great to see you do what do best covering football at the weekends. However, I don't what Livingston FC was thinking of having Rangers supporters in the home end. That could have been a recipe for disaster if a major incident happened between the two sets of supporters.
@@apb3440 I can appreciate that, but people's safety should be paramount and come before money. If there was accident that happened between the two sets of fans and someone got seriously hurt the club would be legally liable and the costs would be more costly than what they received in gate receipts.

They need to survive and if giving the Glasgow and Edinburgh clubs big allocations to achieve that, I bet hearts take quite a fair few tickets when they visit
@@HMFCEdit if you're filling tynecastle up in process, thats great then you can give a fair allocation to the Glasgow teams accordingly, but Livingston is a different scenario , I noticed other clubs like st mirren give both ends up, down here in England the average away allocation is around 3 ,000 compare that to pre all seater stadiums , at places like Maine road and Stamford bridge 12,000 were given, at Chelsea you paid on the door like most other away matches, there was always that threat of a lock out, never happen to me came close at forest when the gate man tried topushed the wooden door shut when I was wedged halfway in with hundreds behind me pushing to get in , I was only 10 1/2 stone in them days so I could still fit through bent railings, not so much these days
That is the best slide out for a small van in the whole world IMO.... and the pontential here is huge because you can offer such pullouts for every trade going.. electrician, plumber .. builder.. IMo you should build around slide out drawers and false floors ( for ladders )
I have been in the home end of other teams as a Rangers fan before and that there is not how you behave if you are. Gotta be a bit more respectful than what some of those lads were doing. Chucking wanker signs and trying to goad folk is just silly. Not saying sit on your hands and be silent but there is a wee bit of a limit.

Rangers have got the three away stands, this is the home stand 🤣🤣 What he didn't say was up the other end of the "Home Stand" was full of rangers as well. Ground was 75% Rangers. Well done to Livi for doing it, and selling out their game either way. Maybe other clubs should take note. And stick your home fans in a corner and give the rest to the bigger support 😉 Wont be long til they can afford a decent surface at this rate!
