I was born and grew up in Tokyo in 70s to 80s and very happy to have the opportunity to hear again those my favorite city pops. Junko was one of my favorites and collected all her albums back then. I suppose those are somewhere in the garage;-) As far as I know, she married to a British guy who was a producer/back band guy, could be there in the stage, immigrated to US. She said she was mostly a homemaker raising two kids there. Then in 2010 Fukushima 3.11 happened when she restarted her music career trying to help local people support with her songs touring around the country. She still goes back and forth between US and Japan touring throughout Japan. Her voice is as beautiful as it was back then.

The title of this song really should be "Twilight Bay City", if you literally translate the original Japanese title "黄昏のBAY CITY"。
