Things to avoid being murdered by your husband. (NOT that she is to blame). Leave when he (the abuser) is gone or asleep. Have everything you need (legal paperwork, documents, clothes, meds, (burner?) phone & chargers, credit cards, car keys, etc. Call it your go bag). No going back. NO verbal confrontation, "I'm leaving you!". Just go quietly and quickly. It's why I'm here 30+ years later.

Pretty odd that the daughter went to the police station to make a missing persons report and also immediately wanted him investigated for murder. Most people would want to have some type of assessment on the situation first (going to the house, calling every friend, hospital, etc). How does one make that leap to murder without even fully processing what is going on?
@SydMountaineer

All throughout his children’s lives, he told them, their friends, & his son’s gf how he would kill his wife - in detail. He told his daughter this many times from a very early age. He said he’d put her body inside a water heater, cut tiny holes so crustaceans & small fish could get in to eat her flesh, and sink it in a lake or pond. This was a normal, typical story to the kids. His daughter bought a really good drone that can see small fish in the water, and she’s flown it all over the place looking for her Mom’s body.

I must've missed it. How did he say he'd kill her (in great detail, as you say)? The only thing I heard was how he would dispose of her, according to the ever growing list of people who heard this statement yet not one of them, over the course of many years, was concerned or worried for her safety.
@teresev1435
@teresev1435 4 месяца назад
@@donnkeyesquire3088 Working from the bottom of your statement up, the subject of this video said in the interview "You run a family." The word "run" implies control and authority. If he "ran" the family, he controlled his wife and children. When someone has control, they have authority and children are conditioned not to question authority; therefore, the children did as they were told. "Children are seen and not heard;" right? So that could explain why no one ran for their lives or intervened. How did he say he'd kill her, the cause of death is there in the language of the text: "He said he’d put her body inside a water heater, cut tiny holes so crustaceans & small fish could get in to eat her flesh, and sink it in a lake or pond." She doesn't have to be deceased for him to accomplish these tasks, she only has to be unconscious. The cause of death in this hypothetical scenario is drowning. The manner of death is homicide. Hope this helps.

@@teresev1435 It has been established (over the last couple of years) which one of the two was controlling and had the power in the family and it wasn't him. The police couldn't even look into his cellphone for recent calls, pings, etc because she had taken away his phone "privileges" months prior (even while his mother was terminal and his family had to be "screened" through Sandy to reach him). That is just one of many examples. I think you're putting too much emphasis on that one word, imo. Secondly, it's already been determined (by law enforcements own attempt) that cutting into a water heater is a tedious job. Once they finally got through the layers and into the tank and still only had a small, rough hole, they realized that the likelihood of a body fitting into a water heater is impossible without dismemberment and even then it's doubtful. Not to mention that one would have to weld it back together again for containment purposes. So, that blows your theory of how he'd kill her as well as the theory of disposal because neither are plausible. Most people dont realize just how small the tank of a water heater is because they see the whole appliance. But thats a shell, surrounded by a thick layer of insulation with the tank in the center. Also, I would bet a large sum that this man has never, ever used the word crustaceans! Nothing about this case is at it seems. These clips are almost 3 years old and the title suggests "re-visit" but this is just regurgitating the same clips and the same analysis as the first time around. A lot of this has been proven impossible, improbable, or false which leads me to believe it's just clickbait.

@@eagrinstead1 You definitely need to delve into this one! Two of the adult children still aren't self-sufficient. They still have their Dad pay for things like their phone bill and fix their brakes, pay their rent, etc while accusing him of murder. It's the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. How do you do interviews accusing him of their Moms disappearance and then ask for money and favors? It doesn't make sense! Also, he never was the one in control. She was. She took his driving privileges away at times and took his phone privileges away for months at a time, just to exercise control. The police couldn't pull his phone records for information, calls, pings, etc because she had taken it away from him. These little clips are from almost 3 years ago. Perhaps they should analyze the statements (because let's face it, they are picking apart his words not his body language) from some of the video of other members of this family). That would certainly be interesting.

The whole thing is bizarre. I want to hear more about the police who saw the car driving on the road at 3:00 am and even trailed it for a while. Did they get a look at the driver? Did they notice if it was male or female? Where was the last location that her cell phone pinged? I don't believe the husband's story, either. If he saw her keys in her hands ... and if she was angry and about to leave ... how did he just peacefully take her keys away from her? Anyone would have at least had an argument at that point about giving up the car keys when they were already angry enough to be heading for the door. Not sure why he would kill her over that. There must be more to the story of what she said to him as she was heading for the door. She must have said something that pushed his buttons ... maybe something she knew that she threatened to expose about him. There's just a huge hole right there. He is a convicted felon who had trouble with the law for some financial crime in the 70's. Now, the wife ends up missing (probably dead) just when the man comes into a financial benefit from his mother's will. What was in that will?
@teresev1435
@teresev1435 4 месяца назад
So the reason they fought about the will is because she wanted him to contest it. Maybe he was getting nothing out of his mother’s will and Sandra wanted him to contest the will? Online information: “Her vehicle is a dark gray 2005 Dodge Stratus with Wisconsin license plates 319 LGT expiring in 2021. The vehicle was last seen by the Muskego Police Department around 3:00am on Saturday, March 27th, 2021.” I also read online that the last place her phone pinged was near her brother-in-law’s house …😳… at 3:13 AM So, wes sr.’s brother’s house. “The majority of murders take place between 8 PM and 3 AM.” -Joe Navarro “The last thing she said is you’ll be hearing from my lawyer.” I believe she said that when she was on her way out the door. So let’s say that’s when he decided he wasn’t gonna let her leave. [You’ll also notice that it’s “my car.” Implying that she didn’t have a car, so she didn’t have the ability to come and go as she please. -in his mind, he owned her and she wasn’t gonna go anywhere --my thoughts] Did I hit all your questions?
@donnkeyesquire3088
@donnkeyesquire3088 4 месяца назад
@@teresev1435 He was getting a decent sum of money from the will. His siblings were getting more and he was OK with that because they were her caregivers so he felt that was fair. Sandy wanted him to contest the will and felt that it should be divided equally. They had two vehicles. The Stratus was registered in Sandy's name but Wes drove it. Their other vehicle, a Jeep Patriot (I believe) was registered in both of their names but Sandy drove it. Wes took the keys to the Jeep from her because she had been drinking. He fell asleep on the couch and she left at 2:34a.m. ( or somewhere close to it). The neighbors camera captured the car leaving the driveway. She took the spare keys to the Stratus. She was definitely the controlling one in the marriage. Even his son Wes Jr made statements to support that his Dad was passive: "if he wasn't such a p@#&y" and "he wouldn't have the balls to do anything about it" (when Wes Jr was talking about stealing the Jeep Patriot). Sandy took her husband's cellphone away from him several times. She even took his driving privileges away (and took him off their insurance policy to make sure he wouldn't drive) when she didn't want him to go to his buddy's place. There's some bizarre family dynamics with this case. I think there's way too many possibilities for anyone to make a determination of one's guilt based off of some news clips from 3 years ago. They've executed several search warrants involving many agencies and there wasn't any forensic evidence, no signs of a fight/struggle (or as the police commonly say a "scuffle", which I'm sure he was asked that many times so that's probably why he offered it in the news interview), and his story hasn't changed. There's so much more but I think this provides more insight regarding the questions.

@@teresev1435 I don't live in the same town but I'm familiar with the path the car traveled. I don't have a personal history with the immediate family although I do know one person within the large family. There is some debate about who was driving. Some of the kids claim that no one knows who was driving, therefore it must be their Dad. Then there's a family member from the other side of the street (where the camera was) that stated that Sandy was driving and she left alone. There are various cameras along the route that some of the kids went to get/view the footage prior to the police and they say that you can't tell who is driving. The cop followed her for 10 minutes, which included a couple of left-hand turns which provide a view of the driver, but supposedly the officer said that he couldn't tell who was driving. There's a significant height and size difference between Sandy and Wes so I find the officers claims odd and certainly not observant like they are trained to be, if this is true. Finally, the investigators stated that they were going to review the dashcam footage from that night. Now they state that they don't have dashcam footage. The truth lies somewhere in that mess.

And How Cld this be the last thing she said-IF he grabbed the keys and then he “convinced” her to go to bed. When Mark said “finality” this was an excellent point made. He give her words finality. The sad thing apart from her being killed is just this man-he is so pitiful. I think that he MAY HAVE tried to grab the keys-and a scuffle caused her to either fall and BE HURT-so she screams “you’ll hear from my lawyer!” Then he thinks he’s in trouble for causing her injury and becomes more angered and kills her. Or he causes her great injury THINKS she dead and hauls her body into car and disposed of both car and body. Sad man that probably just lost his temper in a moment and regrets this
