I did this workout with 7Ibs weights in each hand....boy was it a killer. Had to drop the weight for some moves. Will br coming back to this again and again for sure! Quick but difficult burn!

Workout #2: 1st i did the new standing ab worjout posted today and took a break and jumped into this one... My quads are on freakin fire omg... I had to end this one with a quad stretch... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 221 calories... This is one of the most intense elwith the back to back lower body moves... I consumed 64oz of water so far today and started drinking my fresh juice which is watermelon based... My green smoothie today is same as yesterday power greens banana pineapple chia seeds & flax oil blended with water.. Who else has rock hard quads right now!?
