I did this for the first time today. I am morbidly obese and have severe arthritis in both knees. I am 63. I did 8 minutes! I am proud of that achievement and I might do another 8 minutes later in the day :)

Great knee friendly workout, yet raises the heart rate sufficiently. I love that the # of rounds is clear on the video & that the exercises are not repeated. Will come back to repeat this workout with hand weights! Thanks so much!!
