Let`s walk the weight off and shred those Upper Body muscles with this 37 min WALK & TONE DUMBBELL WORKOUT! This workout features easy to follow strength exercises that will target the entire UPPER BODY from a standing position. The cardio sections (walking/running ) will help you get a serios burn and increase your calories deficit for the day. Feel free to replace the walking/running sections with your favorite cardio moves (skipping, squat jumps, burpees, high knees, butt kickers, whatever you prefer...)!
I'm using 2x3 kg dumbbells in this workout. Make sure you adjust your weights and pace to suit your fitness and energy level.
Warning: Always be mindful of contracting your core and keeping a straight back and a proper form! Focus on doing slow and controlled moves! Don't force things!
REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.

First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ru-vid.comUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Loved this one... I wouldn't of been able to do squats and stuff yet I don't think but this was perfect... I used both a 5Lb & 8Lb set of dumbbells... So far today I have consumed 48oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 450 calories and completed 3,156 steps... Today's green smoothie is green cabbage lacinato kale pine banana & flax oil blended with water... See You All Mañana 🎉

A new walk & tone favorite! I completed 2 rounds before breakfast + 2 after. I used 5 lbs for most moves. I had to use 3 lbs for some shoulder moves. 302 calories 🔥 + 2890 steps. This one's a keeper. I'll do it again in 2 days. Thank you! ❤

this is terrific. i modified a bit to keep it spicy: first round i did with light weights. second i used heavy weights. third i did unilateral (in lieu of walking/running) and fourth i went back to light weights. i will do this one a lot. keep em coming. you are a star!!!!!

Thanks again for another amazing workout.. I managed to do the complete workout with my 4kg dumbbells.. (normally i have to switch a couple of times to my 3's). I also did the running part on my rebounder doing different moves... Loved it all 🙂
