The word says train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it. This young man has been taught by his family who has been raised up in christ Jesus and NEVER parted from him, but past on God's word to their lineage, their blood line has been lifting up and continues to lift up the word of God. My church had a YPD , we’re AME’s and it was beautiful seeing so many of us at our own private conferences.

Getting a Lotta likes on my comment. It's true though I'm 62 and remember YPWW and Friday night youth/Pastoral nights being a staple and a given in our church. Someone sent me a very flippant toned message about how their church yet has YPWW. Truth of the matter is that most of our COGIC churches don't. We need to make our voices heard on the local church, district and jurisdictional levels on this issue. Let's lobby our leaders to bring back Friday night youth and Pastoral night as well as YPWW

All my children and grands and great grands know the bible and can pray,bring a message.But to put them over God's people no.Every person in the bible had to go through something,most were older when God used them.How can you tell me about the blood of Jesus did he heal you,bring you from death,his family got him covered.It's not that he'a a Sheard.he's not a preacher.Can he preach about God healing from drugs or God taking the taste of drinking smoking.No he can't he can just talk and sing,hack a sermon.It's not biblical.Jesus want saints to preach against sin.Cry aloud

I'm sure it was forced with his dad,when I say forced not in a bad way, but hoping they chose that path and you can tell it wasn't forced, but they hoped their son would continue the legacy and if it is on God, it's the best legacy you can ever have in your life. I'm not sure if we understand the power of God, but he is faithful and will rise another. This child not being judgey but was created out of wedlock, and God still said him. God doesn't play about his business, and I pray this family is truly about the father's business...his grandparents seem to not play about it. God blesses generations due to the generations prior, he is a covenant keeping God. It's funny we are too quick to say this about Hollywood stars and their kids in a positive way, but when it comes to God's business it's some type of mockery.

Jeremiah Daniel Isaiah Joshua etc. were all young. I understand why everyone is raising an eyebrow because I believe the Holy Spirit chooses who will preach as well give certain gifts for the five fold ministry. It seems coached but ig if souls were reached and intentions were pure I won’t despise his youth nor the message because we have questions. Stuff like this will help the youth remain with the church too. So I can see more good from this let us just pray for him
