It is funny that dudes outside Canada are frustrated because cec is being conducted... We live here, worked very hard to study in Canada, paid tuition in Canada, paid taxes in Canada.... it should always be the case that CEC is conducted separately! When an all programs draw is conducted the threshold rises to 470+ which is hard to achieve for CEC people. I bet many false claims for the profiles made outside Canada are the reasons behind this increase of the threshold; which is very unfair if you think about it. I hope the CEC draw keeps going for the next 4 months. It is covid times! Of course we (cec applicants) should have the priority!
