sub. you can buy it for ~5$, when you do a level (of xp, not single player) it gives you 660 keys (or the max amount of keys you can get from your three x10) so if you reach a new level several times you get x(max number of keys you can get) *10*y(number of new levels you reach)
There is an app which remember time when you click on your phone, and when you play game, that app record exactly time of your clicks, and you can use that in KOT for bases. And later you turn that app to click for you instead for bases which you recorded before.
