This workout was just so Awesome!!!! I can’t believe how high my heart rate got, and how sweaty I got with this workout. I burned 450 calories, and my abs are on fire, but I feel great. Thank you for all your creativity and hard work!!!!

i always doubt waist workouts because they often target other body parts but upon trying this one for a week, it’s really making my waist/sides the most sore and it is def becoming toned so this is perfect!!

im 62 and has lost my way exercise and weight wise. i found your workout and on day 2 . i can feel the muscles from yesterday. ive got my determination head on so am going to stick to this everyday until ive lost the weight i need and then ill do it 4 times a week . thank you and great workout

1st timer here. Really enjoyed it. Theses next few weeks I’m to do 30 minutes steady cardio at 130/140 ❤️bpm....this kept me there. Used ankle and wrist weights. Really felt waist which is fabulous!!! Thanks for posting!

You can't spot reduce fat. Your body loses fat all over when you start losing weight...

THIS AORKOUT IS LITERALLY MAGIC ITS THE FIRST TIME IVE EVER SEEN MY BELLY THIS SMALL. THERES LIKE A REAL OBVIUOUS CHANGE I LITERALLY CRIED THIS MADE EVEN MY LEGS SWEAT ITS AN AMAZING WORKOUT I DO OTHER WORKOUTS TOO BUT ITS MY FIRST TIME DOING CARDIO AND IM JUST SO IN LOVE IM FINALLY GETTING SOME RESULTS I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS
