This workout targets the waist and abs using cardio & toning exercises. Get a smaller waist by increasing your calorie deficit & performing waistline toning exercises. A caloric deficit will lead to fat loss, including belly fat loss! Do this 30 min ab home workout for a smaller waist & flat belly/flat stomach. This is a slow paced, beginner friendly, Standing Abs Cardio Workout. Use it to burn calories but also to practice controlling your core muscles. Take slow controlled moves while keeping your abs contracted (tucked in) throughout this entire workout. Really focus on feeling the exercises in your core! You can do this workout for 14 days and create your own challenge, to help you include more core work in your routine!
This workout will target the entire core from a standing position leading to stronger muscles and a tighter waistline.

This was so great!!!! I have really been enjoying these smaller waist workouts where you have 1 repeated move in each round. I burned 450 calories, now I’m about to go do todays walk and tone workout. Thank you for everything!!!!!!

This is a week of favourites! I was NOT expecting this! As far as the “1, exercise, 2, exercise, 1, exercise, 2, exercise” format goes, this may be the best yet! After 3 days of not being able to do any workout for so much work. I was finally able to do this and I will tell you that I feel tired but satisfied. My thighs are on 🔥 I hope they firm up because I'm in my 60+ my muscles are already very flaccid. I'm going to try to repeat the same routine after tomorrow. Infinitely grateful BP! 👍👋🤟

They will! I don't know if you have any knee issues, but if you don't, add some of my low impact HIIT workouts once or twice a week!🤗 They're loaded with leg work!

I love your workout, but this is special. Thank you for your work and passion. I have only a curiosity : what do you mean with active break? To do for example a plank or so on, or to have a break before restarting the round...have a good evening from Italy :)

Congratulations!🎉🎉🎉 I don't like to make recommendations for pregnancy... Everyone is different. I did HIIT workouts... Walking workouts might be ok... But it's between you and your doctor.♥️
