Really? I didn't kno this... Now the switch over makes much more sense, but also not to mention Kiesel signature artists, so I've heard, despite having quality guitars ready upon request, the royalties/ percentages that go to them are kinda less than fair. But damn will I ever miss that beautiful black with white overspray 💔💔

I think he's the GOAT ... greatest of ALL-Time - cleanest best sound best techniques best songwriting - can't even begin to truly imitate the stuff he does - it's pure savant - Andy could put out a new album FULL of the best shred EVER - every month - if he wanted to .. can't say it enough - Andy James - GOAT.

@@andrewdr13 With respect - Buckethead is a clown - with a fried chicken bucket on his head compared to Andy James - NO comparison.EVERYTHING about AJ is better than everyone else.Sound writing playing - I would suggest you acquaint yourself A LOT more intimately with AJ's body of work - it's daunting and takes Shred to the highest of heights.AJ is the Shakespeare of Shred - Just ONE 5 second passage/trick sequence from AJ could never be replicated AJ is inimitable.

@@MaxcopiumGoatztappen You have to learn alot about music. I think you just started playing guitar buy your narrow views on guitar playing. We were all there🙂He is ultra precise and fast, but lacks in expression and phrasing. There is more in music than sounding like a midi-guitar, or play sterile bends over cheesy ballad backings. He is really awesome, but the greatest of all time in the history of mankind? Bro, come on 🙂 But maybe he is your GOAT and thats okay! If he means so much to you, than that is beautiful. Nobody will ever take that away from you! Enjoy his music!

@@MaxcopiumGoatztappen I absolutely couldn't agree more as far as Andy being ONE of the many GOATS out there (also tbh Buckethead doesn't really do it for me)... But literally every word you said here I couldn't have said it better. Ever since I first heard Andy (believe it was "Hard drive") I was incredibly awestruck. Just the right amount of shred, sprinkled with the wildest phrasing choices. And the beautiful wide open choruses. Like "After Midnight" ugghh... Or like "Equinox" that absolute alien friggin lick that connects the 1st chorus phrase to the 2nd/end of the chorus... I swear he's an alien... The entire "Arrival" album just blows my mind
