(Pretty sure) Enna and Welby would get healed by Nathaniel more if they were one square forward, (Check Nathaniels range)

Decent replacements to Enna for both the Fire Domain, Grave of Rot and Heretical Ruins are: Gladros (Epic Nerosis) Attack Based Shielder that grant Debuff Immunity for 10 sec as longas shield holds, Fitz (Rare Nerosis) Full Team debuff stripp, Thia (Epic Nerosis) "Ranged Only Debuff Immunity + invisibility that grants +15% dmg reduction" The rare scrolls are 40 Wyrrmarrow per scroll.

Should i build Erna if I have built Nathaniel?

Enna's cleanse is full screen on ultimate. Nathaniel cleanse is on a square around him on battle skill. Enna is easier to use if you need the cleanse but Nathaniel has a lot more in his kit. I often use both though since they only dispel 1 debuff which is not always enough. In season 2 I have a OW boss team with Nathaniel as Tank and Enna as healer. They also work well together on the Fey meander boss in S1 and S2. Definitely worth scrolling both since they are both useful well into S3.

Enna is really good throughout S1 in general, so yes she is worth building and scrolling.
