Holy cow fam. My 2016 HP ENVY x360 with i5 6200U was getting less than 20 fps on Halo Master Chief collection and after doing everything you said it started getting 60fps with "enhanced graphics" on lmao thank you so much!!!
Thank you for this........this is a really comprehensive list of ' things to do ', to help speed up your computer. I genuinely DID notice a modest improvement.....whilst its not a HUGE improvement, sometimes all it takes is a little improvement, to make a huge difference, as was my experience. Not to mention all the software is free too 👍👍
I had up to date drivers at one point, then when I had a "technician" turn my system into a dual boot system with linux along side windows 10 he ended up accidentally wiping all of my stuff including windows. He helped me get windows up and running but that was as far as it went, and when I was reinstalling drivers I accidentally installed older drivers than before and was confused as to why my performance was so much worse than it used to be. This video helped fix a lot of the damage caused on the performance side
The pack helped alot. I can’t believe how i can play smooth in valorant now. I am playing in low end laptop that is probably 8 years old now. And i am stuck with 60 fps with no stuttering or lag. Thank you so much.
If i may ask what laptop specs and brand do you have? Mine is also an Low End Laptop but it still stutters and lags at times sadly it definitely helped but idk if it's really just my laptop at this point.

Why don't i have the same options as you do on intel graphics commands center?? I only have few options and can't do the things u did in the video. Even tho i updated it and did everything before.
@@Paul-hl9nz as someone who's been using w11 for a long time, it literally sucks. Windows took a crap ton of features away, and the Taskbar is always locked and and can't unlock it or change its size. It doesn't help fps. In fact, it makes fps worse bc they took some features away

Don’t do the %temp% once I deleted, some of my games weren’t running. They were launching then crashing. I tried everything to fix it but I now can’t play my favorite game.

Awesome video! I'm glad someone actually remembered us the lowspec gamers. My problem is that, I'm unable to turn on the Ultimate Performance power plan or any other power plan apart from Balance mode. I tried running the command and even importing .pow files but still does not appear. 😢
@ShitTikTok I don't see any option apart from Balance mode. I even ran the commands for the other power plans and even imported the .pow files for them, but I still can't see them. When I click on the battery icon on task bar, I'm able to move the slider to best performance, but I doubt that's as good as "Ultimate Performance" Perhaps I'm the only one facing this problem 😢
@@bugslayer-sama it's probably because you're using a processor ending with a letter U. these type of cpus ate typically meant for saving power and for general office use.
Well my friend i was trying to play Lost Ark on my 8gb Ram i5 8th gen intel UHD 630 laptop and it would run with like 5 fps xD, after every step of this video Im getting like 30-45 fps no joking.Thank you from the bottom of my heart
I know i'm late, but increasing vram is really stupid, The IGPU is using your actual ram either way, so increasing vram will only decrease the actual ram your pc has, and doesn't change performance for games. So to put it together, there's no such thing as increasing vram without buying a graphics card
i had a spare mini pc to test and it had a j4125/uhd600 Underground 2 before : 1024x768 medium to low detail for a decent framerate Underground 2 now : 1280x960 maxed out for a more than good framerate also now cuphead runs like a charm i wasn't trusting this at first but it worked

What would be the best RAM settings to use with Integrated Intel Iris XE graphics? Given the choice between better bandwidth and better latency, would either be more important? For example, 3200 MT/s with CL 22 vs. 2666 MT/s at CL 18? Would this matter much, if at all? I know faster ram in general is going to matter for integrated graphics (at least to a point). Also, what's true for AMD integfated graphics might not be true for Intel integrated graphics. It's a lot easier to find info on AMD integrated graphics because they've had much better integrated graphics options for a long time, but now the gap is a lot closer.
There's already someone that made a video about this comparing 3200mhz vs 4000 and a bunch of others. The TL;DR is that there's a 1-2fps performance increase from 3200 going to 4000. about 3-6fps when going from 2666 to 3200. It's really not as broad as people make it out to be.
i was a liil relucant to downlad things, and on top of that the ui is different since this is a 2 year old video, but 4 war thunder, my fps went from 15-20, to hovering around 40. thatnks alot!
I like this a lot. Just one problem though, in the intel command centre. The setting for display is not working. It just keep refreshing without any hint of stopping
remover the first dash(-) minus symbol from the copy and past. so it looks like this. powercfg not this -powercfg make sure you run command prompt in administrator mode.
Everything worked for me except the Ultimate Performance thing. I ran the command in command prompt and it's still not there. I also don't see a "show additional plans" option under the preferred plans section.

It means your pc is thermally throttling. You can fix it by under volting, underclocking, allowing better ventilation for your pc, or replacing thermal paste.
Shanthosh Ravi is right, you just described and thermal throttling or overheating situation (they re both the same thing honestly). The problem is usually resolved with a thermal paste replacement (make sure you rub the heatsink touching the cpu really well with rubbing alcohol until there is no more black/grey stuff coming from it, dont apply this to the cpu tho) and cleaning out the heatsink fins from any dust that might ve built up. If these dont help apply the other fixex like undervoling and underclocking
dont play games in your dell, i also have a Dell Inspiron and my Temps are ceiling high up to 85-100c just don't game on the Inspiron. your CPU fan will die early than you expect.
Friends, maybe someone knows. I have an old laptop with a discrete graphics card (Windows 8 y Intel (R) HD Graphics 4000). I noticed that the latest games on UE4 run at low and even medium settings. BUT! It's impossible to play because everyone clogs with light flashes. How can this be treated? How can I disable it in the config files?
