I would like to see these in an a stronger version like a chod hammer x for example. The amount of times I have read a trig hammer have opened out playing a fish is scary. Fantastic pattern but up the wire gage slightly
@CastAirLead thank you for the information. I noticed when running a file over the chod hammer that they are springy. That's what made me question their strength and looked at some reviews
Totally agree with this, I've just bought a pack as will be mainly using chods to mid spring now and I'm already not confident. I got the 5s and opened one up slightly while pulling to bed down 25lb chod filament. Tbh I do pull and bed down hard but it's left me a bit concerned. I got around this by using pliers on the shank and pulling btw
