Rosie( David Rosenberg) is indeed Bearish. Looking at the Supply/ Demand Curves In the Lumber industry, rightly so. Supply hasn't been curtailed yet on the Mill End of things. They are afraid, for now, that they won't be able to find skilled help if/ when things pick back up in 18-24 months. Meanwhile, demand takeaway for New Housing and/or Remodeling is down a fair bit compared to 12 Months ago.......and especially 24 Months ago. I'm not at all certain there is much juice left in that squeeze. So, supply and demand is out of balance. I suspect the Home Furnishings sector, Appliance Sector, etc are facing similar headwinds. It's just one industry but I wanted you to be aware of what is happening on the Ground. For the first time since the GFC, my fellow Lumber Dealers and myself are cancelling Lumber Contract Rail loads from the West Coast. I own a Sizeable privately held Lumber Company

I put in the comments that the injection of helicopter money is unprecedented as far as I know - the interviewer asked for a previous time period - I think we are in uncharted territory here. No way to say anything for sure

Most people don't understand the concept of "buying the dip" buying the dip is all about buying digital assets when their prices are down and selling off when the price rises.

I lived through the 70s and 80s. This feels way worse. Well, unless you're one of the ones getting a bailout. If you're one of the ones on the receiving end of that $30T in new debt and / or got to borrow huge amounts of money while the ZIRP was in effect then things are glorious. But for the average joe who's not on the fed's buddy list things are bad and don't look like they're going to get any better any time soon. Even for the top few percent things will get .. inconvenient when the after-binge hangover hits. Kicking the can only stretches the rubber band, and we've been doing a lot of kicking for the past couple decades. When it snaps there'll be ---- to pay.

The US economy is a powerhouse with a diverse range of sectors. The stock market and the dollar have traditionally been safe havens due to their long-term growth and stability. However, potential downturns are part of the economic cycle, and laws are in place to manage defaults and asset seizures. Inflation can be a concern, but remember, certain assets like stocks and Crypto’s acts as a hedge. Long & short-term trading is generally safer, allowing investors to weather market volatility. I have managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Kerrie Farrell, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape....

Trying to control inflation through higher unemployment is bogus. Inflation is a monetary phenomenon, too much government spending and too much currency creation without growth is the problem. Throwing people out of work won't solve anything. Completely unnecessary hardship for many people.

This Fed policy couldn't do much more to exacerbate the income and asset inequality than it already has.This rise in interest rates and then lowering them back to 0 or near zero has widened the already huge gap between the Haves and the Have Nots. The Wealthiest 10 to 20% can't lose either way its a Win Win situation for them. What happens to American society when the gap becomes so great it reaches a tipping point leading to even more crime and social unrest than we already have?

The top 10 to 20% in the U.S. not only have kept pace with inflation they're doing better than ever before. The Middle and Lower class has and is been decimated. The Gini coefficient in the U.S. will be even higher after all this eventually shakes out.

The best way to control inflation is to not endlessly print money, get federal spending under control, and let the free market increase productivity. Anything the government does is inflationary because it doesn’t produce anything other than debt. Government has its hands in everything now. Get the damn over regulation and over legislation out of the way and watch the economy take off.

Danny love your content and the next guest questions. Innovative idea. Can I give you some advice in this format of content creation. Here Adam is looking at the camera, he only briefly looks down at the screen for your image. When you are engaging you can choose to look at your camera to direct yourself at your guest. It will look like you are giving eye contact. This is very important buddy. Even if only when you are asking questions. It’s very tempting to look at your guest’s image, but that is not the way it looks to them. Just a little friendly recommend, aside from that, keep up the good work!

When Adam is looking down he does it succinctly to make sure you are there. It’s a weird thing but that is the world of this. You will find that if you engage that ‘awkward’ camera sight perspective, you will also get more engagement. People will feel like you are ‘talking to them’. Saying this as politely as I can, hope you get it.
