Heathkit IT-28 Capacitor Tester Repair - Part 2
I finish repairing a Heathkit IT-28 capacitor tester, I replace some parts including sme paper capacitors and take some voltage measurements.
I do a basic calibration of the IT-28 using current measurements instead of resistors as per the IT-28 manual.
There is a Part 2 which finishes off the repair and also shows the alternative method of calibration using current measurements instead of resistors.
