Hi Tami. What a wonderful card. I cant wait to try it. Peony is actually pronounced 3 different ways depending on where in the nation you live. Pee-o-ney and pine-ney and Pee-a-ney. I'm in southern Indiana and my mom called it Pineney. I married and moved to northern Indiana and they called it Pee-o-ney. You're doing a great job with the word and with the project. Thank you for your work and inspiration.
Thanks Terry! I received another note from you but couldn't find it to respond to regarding the dimensions and cards fitting in standard envelopes. The dimensions are on the pdf on this project's resource page: stampwithtami.com/blog/2021/03/make-3d-peonies-twist-cards-boxes/ These fit in a standard Stampin' Up medium sized envelope. After the card, I show how to do a quick envelope decoration to match! Have a good one. Tami
I really enjoyed your video :D I have never done a twist card before so now I have got to try it! And wow... I haven't gone on an Easter Egg Hunt since I was a kid! Fun!
Ha! Thanks! You caught it before I did lol. Did you see the box? I realized that I'd made the mistake when I was putting the second one together. It still looked nice even though the piece was upside down, but definitely better when I did it correctly. Thanks for watching! Tami
Hi Judy and thanks! I showed how to make the diagonal DSP cut on the video. The measurements and template for the card base are on the Free PDF on my blog resource page. Here's the direct link: stampwithtami.com/blog/2021/03/make-3d-peonies-twist-cards-boxes/ Enjoy! Tami
@@TheKaydie no worries, I'm happy to help. Did you get the measurements and scoring info so you can recreate the project? That's the main goal. And why I added the template visual for you. When you see it, it's pretty straight forward, only 2 score lines. Have fun with it. t
