Good Explanation, but in video 6:07 and 9:35 examples are in correct as wave 3 is shortest i.e Rule Violation

Impulse Waves Impulse waves consist of five sub-waves that make net movement in the same direction as the trend of the next-largest degree. This pattern is the most common motive wave and the easiest to spot in a market. Like all motive waves, it consists of five sub-waves-three of them are also motive waves, and two are corrective waves. This is labeled as a 5-3-5-3-5 structure, which was shown above. It has three unbreakable rules that define its formation: Wave two cannot retrace more than 100% of the first wave The third wave can never be the shortest of waves one, three, and five Wave four can't go beyond the third wave at any time If one of these rules is violated, the structure is not an impulse wave. The trader would need to re-label the suspected impulse wave.

Wave 4 can not overlap the top of wave 1. The only exception to this basic rule is when the market is tra ing out a diagonal triangle 5th wave. So please review your comment.

The only concern I have with the video is that you always showed the wave 5 bigger than wave 3 and Elliot says 3 is always the largest one in the trend. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Great video, however you forgot one of the most important rules of Elliot waves theory, and that is wave 4 cannot overlap with the territory of wave 1. I found this one your examples.

The 4th wave rule is either not 100% retracing 3rd wave or not over lapping peak of 1st. This rule seems to flexible depending on the set up.

How come the theory says wave 3 is never the shortest wave and your count displays wave 3 shorter than wave 1 & 5 ?

Thank you for your guidance and I follow your channel and find a lot of value in what you offer. For today's topic I think there are some misnumering of some waves that you need to revise my dear. For example; the numbering of the impulsive wave of Disney stock is not correct for the simple reason that wave 3 is the shortest in your numbering which is not acceptable as you mentioned earlier in the video. That also go for an earlier numbering of one corrective wave (awave)with 3rd wave been the shortest. Good luck and thanks again.

Sir, E.V. Rule No. not follow: The Wave-4 Should not be entered in the Territory of Wave -1

In many examples shown in video wave-4 was overlaping wirh wave-2. It is against principle of Elliotte Wave Theory. It hapoens only in wave-1 or wavw-5.

Please use macd (divergence)for identifying starting wave

In the last example wave 3 is shorter than wave 1, I thought wave 3 is always longer than wave 1 as you said in the 3 rules at the beginning.

If so, is it possible to do in live market (as identifying this in the graph of the past is very simple) ? Another Doubt - What do you mean by "The count of waves can be subjective" ?
