@@priyanshugupta9192 I am also getting same issue, then I tried samething again but this time I haven't used if(this.Modified("password")){ }. and my password is hashed I am getting in my database.

@@swapnilbankar2402 actually bro i did a mistake..... i stored my password in number .... According to the bcrypt syntax, password should be in strings

change the type of password and confirm password to string, then it work fine

Tried this and it worked. this.password = await bcrypt.hash(String(this.password), 10); however why are we converting this to a string when we'd already defined it as a string in the schema?
