❗️Materials:
For the spinach puree;
150 g spinach leaves
half a glass of water
Preparation: Cut off the stems of the spinach, put the leaves in the pot, pour half a glass of water on it and cook it on the stove for 2-3 minutes until it softens.
Then pull it with a blender until it is smooth, you can use it after it cools 👍
❗️For the cake:
3 eggs
1 glass of sugar
Half a glass of sunflower oil (100 ml)
1 cup of spinach puree
2 cups flour
1 pack of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
❗️For the cream:
1 liter milk
2 tablespoons of starch
3 tablespoons of flour
1 glass of sugar
To add later;
1 tablespoon of butter
1 pack of vanilla
❗️ for above:
1 sachet of whipped cream powder
