Boc is the most wholesome character in Elden Ring, by far. I mean, the guy asks if he can call you "lord", even though you're about halfway trough the game.
Boc is great. In Elden Ring near everyone has a dark side or hidden intention, Boc just wants to adjust your garments. What a wonderful performance on his part, it genuinely provokes an emotional attachment.
Ehhh not quite... he also wishes to be reborn, which you absolutely must let him do at least once, just to get the full experience of sorrow and regret.
I did not want to see a walkthrough for this game, but for Boc and Millicent i cheated because i loved them and i did not want to fuck their quests up. I am still bitter about Millicent, i wanted an ending with her, but at least i got it good with Boc :D

This was great but wish you guys had spent at least a few more minutes talking about Boc...would've been nice to know what Calvin had seen of the feedback on Boc and his thoughts on how strongly people feel about this character!
Man, I am grateful for him being able to give personal answers to your 10 questions segment, but if I'm honest I really hope you don't keep doing it. They feel so generic and impersonal, compared to how natural your interviews have been. You're really good at follow up questions and getting into process so having this huge segment of questions that you can give anyone without having to do research or anything feels a little cheap. Still good interview overall, just kind of worried about you doing this every time. But I want to say I've been going through all these Elden Ring reviews and I'm really loving them. I'm looking forward to going back and checking some of your previous one.
