I would think he might be able to make a case based on the protections given by law to whistle blowers. And the constitutional protection for freedom of speech. As well as an investigation into the voting poles and these two women specifically.
I’ve had to debate this with lefties before. Yes, we are a constitutional republic. But it does fall under the umbrella of democracy. As a representative democracy, rather than a direct democracy. Although when it comes to state and local voting, there is direct democracy. It’s all semantics honestly. Pray that those poll workers will be convicted to tell the truth. I once had someone lie about me and I prayed that. As it turns out, one of his cohorts admitted to lying. He said I don't know why I lied but I did. And I wished I hadn't. As an added note, the guy who lied about me was very reckless. He ended up making the wrong move in traffic and got himself killed. He was such a troublemaker and I feel sorry for his family but he was very bad seed.
