Hi Surya. For the FRM Qualification, you need 2 years of work experience to become an FRM Member, it's the same way as articleship in CA or PER in ACCA. You can get it by applying to companies where you would be willing to work for 2 years on a whole. You will then be eligible for a Membership or Certification. Hope this helps!
