I had similar problems with the Vessi shoes. I bought them 2 years ago because I needed waterproof. But I struggled to get them on and they seemed to cut into my ankles. So I returned them. I ended up getting Northface water shoes. Which I wore at WDW during hurricane Ian! They were great! They didn’t keep my feet dry but the water flowed through them and they dried so fast when the rain stopped.

being in florida and driving in the bad rain to work today i dont know why disney would be open today-who would want to be drenched all day long but clearly some did
