Great content again brother. Love from the UK 🤘 At the 30 min mark you said you weren't sure if you reordered BO6 so I wanted to double check something, as you amd hummus are the only two guys I watch, I noticed you have the woods skins and even thou it's an event, I think you can only do the challenges if you have preordered it

As someone who works out daily and is invested in his health you can not afford to get any less than 8 hours. Huberman quote “the % of people who can live a healthy life with less than 8 hours sleep every night is 0” You fuck around with hormone levels when you dont get enough sleep. I workout 6 days a week. Very big and muscly. 8 hours is my minimum. Had to sleep train to get those hours. Once i started getting 8 hours a night i got 10 - 15% more gains. Sleep! Your body will betray you sooner than you think if you dont.

yeah i got a 5,000$ bed and take zquil and i still can’t get good sleep some night and i physically exhaust myself also id be a super hero if i could sleep on command and stay that way 😭

make sure you copy my settings your fov will have the biggest effect on your visual recoil my settings video is linked inside the desc broski (if your at 100 or less fov your recoil will look insanely different compared to mine)

Because, unlike most people, dev uses nearly every weapon to unlock the obsidian skins, we don't know the opposition but its fair to say that most use guns because of the metas
