Hi Angela I am a quilter and dab a little in embroidery. Well, I have a customer who wants all lettering on his TShirt. For the life of me ,I cannot figure out why my bobbin after a few letters jump out and then I have to worry about getting the hoop out of the machine and clearing the bobbin to start up again. Also, I am finding that my top thread is always shredding. I just purchased my machine about 9 months ago (Bernina Bernette B70 Deco) and I am so frustrated with it right now. Any suggestions besides taking it back to the dealer.
